Are you showcasing your events – and your hard work?
Event planners put 100’s of hours into producing epic galas, but not every client wants to incorporate an event photographer into the festivities. So how do you go about building your own portfolio? Verbal story-telling and description just doesn’t have the same impact as images.
Why not hire an event photographer to cover a couple of hours – one before the festivities begin, and another after the guests arrive.
That’s exactly what the talented Alexandra Motts from Circa Event Productions did. Her and her team’s incredible work on the highly successful (raising $500,000) Seeds of Hope Gala needed to be shown off. Nearly 300 ‘shagadelic’ guests grooving to a 60’s inspired theme at Heritage Park’s Gasoline Alley provided an explosion of colour and warmth on a snowy Calgary night.
